For parents

Your child just had a psychoeducational assessment. The report is 20 pages of scores and jargon. ReportDecoder explains what it all means so you can walk into the school meeting prepared.

For adults

You were recently assessed for ADHD, a learning disability or another concern. ReportDecoder helps you understand your own scores, your diagnosis, and what comes next.

How it works

No complicated forms. No waiting. Just clear answers when you need them.

1

Choose your pass

Pick the 30-day pass to understand a report you just received, or the 6-month pass if you’re navigating appointments and meetings over a longer stretch. Same full library either way, the only difference is how long you have access.

2

Open your report and look up your scores

Find the test in the library, select the score range that matches, and read a plain-language explanation written by a registered clinician. You will see what it means, what it looks like in everyday life, and what to ask next.

3

Save what matters to your personal library

Bookmark the explanations relevant to your report and access them any time from your member dashboard, so you do not have to search again before every school meeting or appointment.

4

Walk in prepared

Use the clinician-written question guides to know exactly what to ask at your next school meeting, IEP review, or follow-up appointment.

Common questions

Is this the same as getting a clinical consultation?

No. ReportDecoder helps you understand an existing report written by a clinician. It does not replace the assessment itself or your assessor’s recommendations. Think of it as a translator, not a second opinion.

What if my test isn't in the library yet?

New content is added regularly based on member requests. If your test isn’t covered yet, email us and it goes to the top of the list. Your subscription gives you access to everything added in the future at no extra cost.

How is this different from what I can find online for free?

Most online resources explain what a diagnosis or learning difference is in general terms. ReportDecoder explains what specific score ranges on specific tests mean in plain language, organized the way your report is organized, written by a clinician who administers these tests.

Will I be charged again automatically?

No. Your pass is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. When your access period ends, it simply ends, we’ll never charge your card automatically or enroll you in a subscription. If you’d like more time later, you can choose to purchase another pass, but that’s always your decision.

Is this relevant for both Canadian and American assessments?

Yes. The tests covered, including the WISC-V, WIAT-4 and BASC-3, are used across both Canada and the United States. Score interpretations and plain-language explanations apply regardless of where the assessment was conducted.
